Without a control bar I'm pretty much dead in the water. Can't make support resistances lines;etc.

Are you stating that you can not modify any control bar settings? Or that you can not display a Control Bar? Or something else? If you are wanting the Global Settings (colors, control bars, keyboard shortcuts, etc.) to be all the same between instances, then you can copy the "Sierra4.config" file from the instance that is setup as you want it to the other instances. The file is located at the top level of the instance installation. Cannot display the control bar on 2 instances of SC. Click on control bar and nothing happens worked fine previously.I haven't a clue what you're talking about.

Make sure the Control Bar you are wanting to display has items in it to display. Select "Global Settings >> Customize Control Bars >> Control Bar n" to select the particular Control Bar number you want. After you have the Control Bar setup the way you want, select "Window >> Control Bars >> Control Bar n" to display the Control Bar. Are you selecting "Window >> Control Bars >> Control Bar n" or are you selecting "Window >> Control Bars - Chart >> Control Bar n"? Are you selecting the "Window >> Control Bars.." from the main Sierra Chart window, or from a detached window? Been with SC for awhile now and usually I can figure out a problem. I've tried everything I know and your suggestions also. No it's not a detached chart. I think it's time for phone support.

Which option are you choosing to select the Control Bar - "Window >> Control Bar" or "Window >> Control Bars Chart"? When you select the particular option, is the Control Bar already showing with a checkmark next to it, or is there not a checkmark? If there is not a checkmark, after you select the Control Bar and you go back to that menu item, does the Control Bar have a checkmark next to it? If the Control Bar option in the menu has a checkmark next to it already, then the Control Bar is open somewhere. Most likely it was set to "Floating" and now it is offscreen somewhere. Select "Window >> Reset Windows" and see if you get the Control Bar to show up.
