I was using a trial version and everything seemed pretty much okay, but as soon as I upgraded to paid version, service package 5, I started to have issues immediately. I didn't do any changes in settings at all. Once I had upgraded I noticed that few chartbooks were missing, everything went to 2 or 3 weeks back. Nothing had been saved although I had set everything on autosave. Then I tried to duplicate the BTCUSD chartbook. Once I did it and changed the symbol to ETHUSD it basically crashed. It took almost an hour to download intraday data for 30 days ( 2.5mbps, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8365U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.90 GHz, 16GB RAM), clocking CPU to 90%.Connected to SC Data - All Services. Was not a problem before when it took maximum few minutes. Now I am trying just to duplicate a chart and it's taking almost 30 minutes. Is there any chance you can have a look what is causing the issue? I really like the features of the platform, but I can't be dealing with these sort of technical issues as it's taking too much time.

These issues are not related to changing to a paid package: but as soon as I upgraded to paid version, service package 5, I started to have issues immediately.
That is impossible. Once I had upgraded I noticed that few chartbooks were missing, everything went to 2 or 3 weeks back. Nothing had been saved although I had set everything on autosave.
Check for the Chartbooks in File >> Open Chartbook. If you do not see them there, access a backup Chartbook: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File Then I tried to duplicate the BTCUSD chartbook. Once I did it and changed the symbol to ETHUSD it basically crashed.
