These issues are not related to changing to a paid package: but as soon as I upgraded to paid version, service package 5, I started to have issues immediately.
That is impossible. Once I had upgraded I noticed that few chartbooks were missing, everything went to 2 or 3 weeks back. Nothing had been saved although I had set everything on autosave.
Check for the Chartbooks in File >> Open Chartbook.If you do not see them there, access a backup Chartbook: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File Then I tried to duplicate the BTCUSD chartbook. Once I did it and changed the symbol to ETHUSD it basically crashed.
