Scaling in not working with DOM

Good afternoon, I'm having an issue with scaling-in specific to the chart DOM. Whenever I execute orders via hot keys whether they be limit or market, the scaling-in feature works as intended. However, when I click to set limit orders on the price ladder via the DOM they don't scale in and I have stops/targets for each individual order which becomes very messy and hard to manage. I'm sure there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing. Any ideas? |

Is this all being done on the same chart, or are you entering the orders on the DOM from a separate Trading DOM, or a different chart from where you are using the keyboard shortcuts?

I have two different charts that I use to execute, but both seem to be behaving the same way: Clicking orders on the chart, or clicking orders on the DOM price ladder do not scale. Everything executed, including limit orders by key-command are scaling in. |

On one of the charts where you have an issue, if the Trade Window is not already open, then select "Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart". On that Trade Window select "M >> Orders" and look at the item for "Support Scaling In". Let us know if this has a checkmark next to it or not (we are pretty sure it does, but we just need to make certain). Do you have this issue in Simulation Mode or only with Live trading? If you can reproduce this in Simulation mode, then please get us an image of what you are seeing when you have an open position and then add a Limit order by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

It's happening during live trading, and also in SIM. It's creating three separate stops for the orders, and 3 separate targets. Each block of trades is 3 units. There's supposed to be one common stop, and two separate targets, however I'm getting 3 of each when attempting to scale in by clicking on the screen. Support scale-in/out is enabled on all charts as well as maintain same quantity for OCO group orders.

When I use hot keys scaling in works perfectly, but then I can't use OTM limit orders and wait for price to get hit, I always need to be present and execute with hoy keys which I'm trying to avoid. Attachment included.

This really does not make sense to us. It does not matter how the order is entered. When the chart or Trading DOM is configured for Scale In, then provide that chart by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Yes very strange issue to me as well. Just checked again in SIM mode and it is still adding order with separate stops for every order added rather than scaling in.
