On one of the charts where you have an issue, if the Trade Window is not already open, then select "Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart". On that Trade Window select "M >> Orders" and look at the item for "Support Scaling In". Let us know if this has a checkmark next to it or not (we are pretty sure it does, but we just need to make certain). Do you have this issue in Simulation Mode or only with Live trading?
