We have set your account to not renew. You have 7 days of Usage Time remaining, and we only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments, so we can not refund this remaining Usage Time. After October 30, 2024 your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. You do have a Services Surplus balance of $4.00, but we have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, therefore we can not refund this to you. Should you ever return to Sierra Chart, these funds will still be in your account.
