These are Rithmic issues. You need to keep a close eye on what is occurring with Rithmic. Check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see if there are specific order rejections in there. Also check your Trade Activity Log to see what items are getting filled or not. A "double fill" is particularly concerning, and you would need to look deeper into this. Make sure you do not have a multiplier setup in the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" such that this is not really a double fill, but what is specified for that account. Refer to the following: Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Allocation Trade Account Multiplier For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

so upon further discovery, I believe this was not rithmic but due to my enabling global profit loss management. somehow, I clicked it on this am and forgot that i did so...(huge idiotic error) The master account would be liquidated once parameters reached. however, the concerning part was that the cloned accounts were left naked...their bracket orders were no longer present once the master GPLM account was liquidated. i would have to hit TFAP macro key (trade flatten all positions - all accounts) to close the 5 clones whom now have no stops or targets. is there a way to enable GPLM on the cloned accounts also? can't use it unless so. |

The Global Profit/Loss Management does NOT work with the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts. We do not know when or if, we would change it to handle that situation. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
