These are Rithmic issues. You need to keep a close eye on what is occurring with Rithmic. Check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see if there are specific order rejections in there. Also check your Trade Activity Log to see what items are getting filled or not. A "double fill" is particularly concerning, and you would need to look deeper into this. Make sure you do not have a multiplier setup in the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" such that this is not really a double fill, but what is specified for that account.
