I am not a Professional Trader, please could you adjust this please so I can renew , I have done an account support Ticket, but I have had no reply for more than 2 days. Also could you specify If a Topstep account can have real time futures CME DATA. I had this for some time during my trading combine. So I don't know what has changed. I understand the problem may be on Topstep's side. My Real Time data was working before then it stopped, but I believe this may be on Topsteps side. Could you make clear the situation for me please?

Also I have set up a Stage 5 account just in case

To start with, in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and Prop Firms, such as TopStep, do not count towards this requirement. You also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more on this:

When you filled out the agreements for the CME Group data, you did not specify a "Clearing Firm" or an "Account Number". As such, we could not process those agreements as a non-professional.

Since you state that you have an account with Stage 5, you will need to redo the agreements at the following link and enter your "Clearing Firm" and your account number. If you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter "Stage 5".

Once you have the above done and we process the agreements, then you will be able to activate (and pay for) the CME Group exchange(s) for which you want real-time data at the following link:
