I have a client who is trying to get real-time data so he can trade with Ironbeam. They have confirmed the setup from their end for Teton Order Routing, and the account number appears in the Trade Window. However, he is only getting delayed data. My research concluded he needs to activate the Denali data feed, and upgrade his service package in order to do so. He is not convinced, and needs confirmation from Support.

Also, in case he objects, are there any brokers that provide real-time data with Service Package 3? I see that Interactive Brokers is not available with his package.

The "Base" packages (3 and 5) do not support getting real-time data or connectivity with trading services. These packages are meant for testing/learning.

In order to be able to connect to data and trading services the customer needs to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

In addition, when using the Teton Order Routing Service, the real-time data has to come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore an exchange for the CME Group on our Denali Exchange Data Feed must be activated (and paid for) in order to get the real-time data.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

also a little comment to the client being referenced in #1 by brad. i've been using this software and browsing these forums for almost 7 years now. forgivingcomputers.com continuously makes it exceptionally clear that he understands every nuance of the deeper workings of this platform and also everything there is to know about pushing bits around in computers. the guy knows exactly what he's talking about and is easily one of the most helpful people here. i've never seen him speak incorrectly or out of turn. please believe him when he speaks, haha.

@seandunaway Thank you for the kind words. I try to only speak to the things I know. I've been using computers since before the IBM-PC and have used every PC OS from DOS 1.1 to 6.0 and Windows 1.0 to Windows 11. You could say I am kind of a "grey beard" at this.

I am a self-taught C++ developer, and I owe a lot of my skills to the Sierra Chart studies provided in source code by Sierra Chart. I have also learned a lot on the forum and I pay it forward when I can help.

My client wanted me to call support, I told him I think it would better to use the forum. Having it in writing makes it official.

I have integrated package 11 and connected the ironbeam with Sierra chart but the data is still delayed, I have rithmic data through Bookmap. Is there a way to get real time data from either of these sources.
Thanks

Manpreet:

You are still on the Trial, therefore you are still limited in what data you can get. Follow these instructions to change to a paid package:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
