The "Base" packages (3 and 5) do not support getting real-time data or connectivity with trading services. These packages are meant for testing/learning. In order to be able to connect to data and trading services the customer needs to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages In addition, when using the Teton Order Routing Service, the real-time data has to come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore an exchange for the CME Group on our Denali Exchange Data Feed must be activated (and paid for) in order to get the real-time data.
