Hi Sierra,

I've had to reach out to LMAX again about a $300 fix connection fee they've mistakenly taken from my account. The previous refund in July went OK, I reached out and within a day they refunded it but this time I've had no email response from them in days and so I followed up on a call with the person on support saying she's putting my email across to the 'internet team'. I asked to be put through to them and apparently they don't deal with calls.

Is this a bit strange..?

FYI, LMAX have responded and refunded and have said they are putting measures in place to prevent this from happening again.
