Cordial greeting support.

I have been doing tests to operate with you.
In the midst of this I notice this graphic difference in the data

They know what is the possible cause of this and how could be solved.

We do not look into data comparisons with other systems. You would need to compare to the data from the CME Group themselves. You will find that our data matches theirs perfectly.

I understand very well what you tell me.
That's why I'm mentioning that ... the data I share are from CME
In fact, the following image is a demo account with the Ampfutures broker and your data.
I also have reference images with the Ninjatrader 8 platform and all of them coincide. less yours.
I estimate that it can be some configuration. But another person also showed me this difference.

That is why I ask you

There are any number of reasons for differences in the data depending on how you have your charts setup. A couple of common items to check are the following settings:
- Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) (make sure this is set to 1 tick)
- Chart Settings: New Bar at Session Start (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Intraday Chart Session Times menu)

These are just a couple of common ones, you would need to ensure that all the settings are the set the same way between the systems.

Also, you need to understand that systems can manipulate the data depending on how they are setup, or even how they handle the data in general. When Sierra Chart is set to store the data at 1 tick, you get the exact same data as what the CME Group will show. Therefore, we will not look at comparisons with other system. We will only look into differences of our data with the information from the CME Group website, or directly from the CME Group without another system in between.

You cannot make the comparison you are. You are comparing a back adjusted continuous contract chart to a chart for a particular contract month. You need to remove the back adjustments:
