There are any number of reasons for differences in the data depending on how you have your charts setup. A couple of common items to check are the following settings: - Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) (make sure this is set to 1 tick) - Chart Settings: New Bar at Session Start (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Intraday Chart Session Times menu) These are just a couple of common ones, you would need to ensure that all the settings are the set the same way between the systems. Also, you need to understand that systems can manipulate the data depending on how they are setup, or even how they handle the data in general. When Sierra Chart is set to store the data at 1 tick, you get the exact same data as what the CME Group will show. Therefore, we will not look at comparisons with other system. We will only look into differences of our data with the information from the CME Group website, or directly from the CME Group without another system in between.
