Hi i am facing the some issues with Trade Window Once i placed the Order Using 2TARGETSWITHSOMMONSTOP Option i am not able to move/drag set SL and TP as per my requirements (attached Screen Shot) Thanks |

Are you trying to move the Stop/Target using the pointer? What exactly is occurring when you try to drag it? Are you selecting the Order Line that shows the information for the order?

Where are you selecting the order? Are you selecting the area with the text, or the line itself? You can do either, but selecting the line is more difficult. Make sure you are selecting the area with the text. Select the "Add" button to add as many targets and/or stops as you want/need. By default, each time you select the "Add" button, it will first add a new Target and then a new Stop and continue to flip-flop as you add. But you just need to add as many entries as you need and then change the "Type" to be what you want (Target or Stop). Yes. Since you are on the "Integrated Advanced" package, you can run the Sierra Chart software on up to 3 computers simultaneously. and can i use 2 prop accounts link to my Sierra Chart account in 2 different laptops?
Yes. The one thing you need to be aware of is that even though you can run Sierra Chart on additional computers, the exchanges have different rules. In particular, you can only get data to two different computers at the same time. And to do so you need to pay a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously If you are wanting to have connectivity to both trading accounts from both computers, then you will need to have two different Sierra Chart installations on both computers. Refer to the following: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart If, on the other hand, you are wanting to access one trading account from one computer and the other trading account from the other computer, then you just install as normal on both computers and set each one up as you need. In any case, just make sure you follow the instructions to get the data to two different computers at the same time - if you need this. It looks like you activated another exchange option. That is not what you need to do. Refer to the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Click on the image in that section to see the item you need to change. Note that since you have both those exchanges currently active, you will need to keep them both active in order to be able to change the option for 2 systems. You will then pay a second set of exchange fees for all the exchanges you have active. You can then deactivate any exchange you do not want/need so it does not renew next month. When you activate the option for "2 Systems" for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you pay a second set of exchange fees for all the exchanges that you have active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In your case, this means you will pay an additional $43.00 since you have two exchanges active with prices of $37.50 and $5.50 (37.50 + 5.50 = 43.00). You are not paying a second set of fees for your Sierra Chart package. That stays the same. This is an exchange requirement. Hi, Will it be possible to copy trade on my all my funded accounts? Like i got few Funded accounts i want to trade all of them at once instead of going to each account and placing orders in 1 account ill place the order and it will affect all my other accounts and in other scenario if have funded accounts from 2 or more companies will this be possible or i have to have different accounts for that. The built-in "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" only works with accounts that are available under the same login to your trading service. It will NOT work with multiple accounts with different trading services. You had the following exchange active at some point this month, but have deactivated it since then: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts Therefore, when you are trying to change the option for 2 computers, you are getting that message, as, on the one hand, you do not want to renew that exchange, but since you have already paid for it, you are also trying to get the data to 2 computers for it. If you do not need that exchange at all for the rest of this month, then we can remove it from your list so you can select the "2 systems" option and pay the additional exchange fees for only the exchanges you want. Please let us know by responding in this ticket letting us know if you want us to do this. Or, if you do need data from that exchange through the remainder of this month, then you would first need to activate it again, then set the option for "2 systems" then you can deactivate it again. We have removed that exchange, so you can now activate the "2 systems" without any problem. You can have additional Sierra Chart accounts, but there is no need for it. In order to trade 2 different prop firms with Sierra Chart, you need to have a second installation of Sierra Chart, therefore one will be connected to one prop firm and the other installation to the other prop firm.
