Hello! I recently pass an evaluation with earn2trade and I received my new login details with their prop firm. After I sign Rithmic agreements I log onto Sierra Chart, I have inserted my credentials @ Data/Trade Service Setting and everything worked fine; my account is connected and i can see my account balance. When I try to open a intraday chart or my template I get this error: Download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for ESU4.CME. Historical data logon error: permission denied. I tried to open other symbold but I get the same error. I even installed another platfor but the problem persist. At Data/Trade windown I have selected Rithmic Direct - DCT, and server: Rithmic Paper Trading - Chicago Area Non-Aggregated. I have package 11 and CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. What can I do to fix this error and receive data? Thank you very much! |

I solved the problem by writing my user and pass one by one, than pressing Apply all,for each category @Data/Trade Service Settings. Thank you very much for helping me!
