Good morning, I have activated the Denali Exchnge data feed, also signed the Eurex agreements and activated the Eurex EOBI, when trying to open a Eurex chart nothing happens, please advise

This is resolved for you. Normally during the trial you would not be able to access the EUREX real-time data but we have set it up for your account. Since you already paid the exchange fee. We set up your account on service package 11 with monthly payments. Let us know if you want us to change that.
