Question on Session Times and Missing Data

I have the "M" displayed next to the symbol, confirming that a Sierra flow is active, I place orders via Rithmic, and my chart is set to start at 08:00 (Europe session) but it is displayed from 2:15 p.m., how to handle this error? In addition, gaps appear on the graph whereas with a SIM Denali graph no gap appears.

What are the following items on the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times" window set to:
- Start Time
- End Time
- Use Evening Session
- Evening Start Time
- Evening End Time
- Time Zone

If the Time Zone on this page is set to "Use Global Time Zone", then we also need to know what the setting for "Global Settings >> Time Zone" is set to.

Sorry, we had not looked at the second image that you had supplied. In that image, it shows the Session Times as the following:
- Start Time: 14:30
- End Time: 21:14:59

This matches to what your chart is showing.

So what are the actual Session Times set to in your settings?

Hello, look this 2 screens please. Why is Denali data not loading when I connect my Rithmic account to trade? And each time I connect Rithmic the session start times change automatically to 2:30 p.m. instead of 8 a.m. (London time GMT+1)

Your session times are changing because you are changing the symbol of the chart. Each service uses a different symbology, so when you connect to Rithmic instead of whatever you were using, the symbols change and that reloads the information for that symbol.

The best way to resolve this is to change the Session Times in the Symbol Settings for the Rithmic symbols. Refer to the following:

I noticed your Time Zone is set to London time, I had a discussion with traders from Europe last year, you can find in This Post.

The problem with having a Time Zone setting other than North America is that you will have a different day light saving schedule, cause unnecessary confusion, we concluded that it might be a better idea to set your Time Zone to New York or Chicago, so that the session time will be consistent.

The post also has a custom study that shows your local time and time in New York, side by side.
