HELLO I PAID FOR MARKET DEPTH EXTRA 12 SOME DOLLAR AND UPGRADE THE PACAKGE TO ADVANCE SEEMS LIKE IM NOT GETTING UPGRADE TO ADVANCE PACKAGE AND CANNOT USE HISTROICAL DEPTH INDICATOR AND ONLY CAN SEE ONE LEVEL ON DOM TOO |

One issue you are having is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account recently, so your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as "2024-05-16". As such, you are not getting any real-time data from us for the CME Group. You need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. In this case, you are setup to get Market Depth data for the CME exchange as that is what you have setup with us. I’m connected to funded account by apex and paid I also paid extra 12 dollars . Still only showing 1 lvl on dom

Prop firm accounts do not count toward the CME Group requirement to be considered a non-professional. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges It doesn't matter to the CME Group that you are paying for data, until you can prove that you qualify for the non-professional data by connecting to your live, funded, futures trading account, you will not be able to get the non-professional real-time data.
