One issue you are having is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account recently, so your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as "2024-05-16". As such, you are not getting any real-time data from us for the CME Group.

You need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. Refer to the following:

Once you make the connection, then you will have access to the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. In this case, you are setup to get Market Depth data for the CME exchange as that is what you have setup with us.
