Hey team, I have just started my trading evaluation with APEX prop trading firm. I am using Rithmic data provided by the broker, the issue that I am facing is my DOM is printing incomplete data, i.e In BIDS and OFFERS- it isn't showing the trail of bids and offers above and below the current market price. I looked all the self support message but couldn't find anything relevant to my issue. Can you please help me regarding the same. I have the latest updated version of Sierra chart. I have also attached screenshots of DOM and DATA/TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS Thanks in Advance, hope for a early response from your end |

Most likely this is due to not having purchased the option for the Market Depth data from Rithmic. If you are setup to get the Market Depth data from Rithmic, then go through the items at the following link and see if any of them apply: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
