Most likely this is due to not having purchased the option for the Market Depth data from Rithmic. If you are setup to get the Market Depth data from Rithmic, then go through the items at the following link and see if any of them apply: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
