Missing Data/candles on one asset on all chartbooks/instance

Hello Team, I've uploaded my screenshots. This issue is happened on my Macbook(parallel), new windows desktop, and in different instances. I've tried to remove the data several times but the issue persists. I noticed the open information is 0'd out, attached in screenshot. That shows in quote board and spreadsheet. I also attached a previous example where this happened on 3min bars for ES. Last week it happened for NQ on an overnight 1-2 hour period, just vacant from my platform. Could you please help me locate the source of this reoccurring issue? - Removing all studies from the chart does not resolve. Maybe the issue is the open price? Not sure why it's not loading for any indices. - Issue seems to be with specific time frames at work. The data shows fine for weekly/monthly, and clearly STF selections. - This issue started happening about 2 weeks ago. - I'm on version 2652 Links reviewed prior to requesting assistance. 1. There is general issue with today's data. This is being looked into. We can not say at this time what occurred previously. Please wait until we have this resolved for today's data and then if it reoccurs, you will need to let us know at that time. There was only a temporary issue, on one server with NQ data. This is all.

Thank you for getting back with me! I wanted to ensure it's nothing that I was doing wrong in this situation. Let me know if there's anything I can do to possibly prevent this. - Indicies have an in general issue for today and is being looked into. - The past NQ concern is the screenshot may have been a one off with that specific server. If this issue continues, I'll be sure to notify you guys with details. |

The problem with the lack of an Open for some of the CME Group data for today is from the exchange - they did not send any Open information. This will correct itself on Sunday evening.
