Hello! I made a trade on the 28th PST, and i need to get the time of that trade. Does SC have a record of times of trades and if so, please tell me how to get it.

Thank you so much!!!

That information will be in your Trade Activity Log. Refer to the following:

From Customer:
Its so strange, i tried that. and the log jumps from the 27th to the
30th. I placed trades on the 28th and there is no record of any of them.
Wouldnt you know, thats the date i need!!! Any other suggestions?

Thank you

If you have the settings correct for the Trade Activity Log and the data is not showing for that date, then it is not there for some reason. We can not say why.

One thing to check is the files in the "TradeActivityLogs" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. The files are organized by Date and by trading account. Look for the log file that starts with "TradeActivityLog_2024-06-28_UTC." where your trading account name/number is after the period.

If there is not a file, or if you only see a file with "None" after the period, then there is not a file for your trading account for that day. This would mean that the information is simply not there for some reason. In which case, you would need to check with your broker to get the information for that trade.
