Hello.
I have a problem with historical data volumes in sierra.
Here the screenshots with wrong bid-ask sizes: there are a lot of clusters with same numbers.
It happens only when I use historical data, but real-time data doesn't have this problem.

I use 1174 build of sierra.

I tried to solve the problem using the following steps:
1. Delete and download data
2. Edit/download data - intraday chart
3. Chart -reload and recalculate
4. Global settings - Symbol settings -full reset / update from server

I know that other traders in our Trading Room have the same problem.

I require you to immediately solve the problem. For what we pay money?
We didn't make any changes with Sierra and using standart Indicators - http://SSMaker.ru/ec626b69/

Log of Changes and Improvements to Sierra Chart 1173 Release Date: 2014-08-09

Corrected an intermittent issue arising in a recent release where when using the CTS T4 trading service, real-time updates of the chart bars may not

have occurred after the historical Intraday data was downloaded. The source of the problem is not completely clear and we expect it is resolved in

this version. If not, let us know.

The problem is because the historical data is being downloaded from the Sierra Chart historical data service and in the case of CTS for current futures contracts, the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is 30 seconds.

To solve this what you need to do is uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After that go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download
