The problem is because the historical data is being downloaded from the Sierra Chart historical data service and in the case of CTS for current futures contracts, the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is 30 seconds. To solve this what you need to do is uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.
