When I try to load one of the Nasdaq Global Indexes (Realtime) symbols into a chart, e.g. NDX-NQGI, I get this in the message log: 2024-06-28 07:21:17.964 | HD Request # 13 | Error downloading historical Daily data for NDX-NQGI. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: nasdaq_global_indexes.data | Username: [xxxx] I seem to be properly activated for these indexes. What is the "data files folder" that needs to be set and how do I set it? I haven't found it in the documentation. My currently selected service is: SC Data - All Services Thank you, Dale |

Now I see in a June 20 response that you no longer support NQGI and only CBOE. I have paid the $6 fee for CBOE. But it doesn't seem to have a symbol for NDX (or any Nasdaq index). Am I missing it?

Yes we no longer offer NASDAQ Global indexes and we do not have the NASDAQ 100 index. We do have the CFD symbol NAS100. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
