When I try to load one of the Nasdaq Global Indexes (Realtime) symbols into a chart, e.g. NDX-NQGI, I get this in the message log: 2024-06-28 07:21:17.964 \| HD Request # 13 \| Error downloading historical Daily data for NDX-NQGI. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: nasdaq_global_indexes.data \| Username: [xxxx] I seem to be properly activated for these indexes. What is the "data files folder" that needs to be set and how do I set it? I haven't found it in the documentation. My currently selected service is: SC Data - All Services Thank you, Dale
