Rithmic "prop" order issues

This only started happening recently but I'm experiencing problems closing and opening trades on Rithmic "prop" accounts with Apex/Bulenox. I'm using Denali data and only placing the trades using those accounts.

I wasn't really concerned because it seemed like it was isolated to Rithmic port issues with Apex being overloaded and I was largely unaffected for the past 6 weeks save for the last 2 weeks.

Figuring it was Apex I decided to give Bulenox a shot. And as of this evening, I'm experiencing issues on a new Rithmic eval account.

When I move stop or take I am getting error messages popping up and I'm not able to decipher it.

I'm also experiencing orders hanging when trying to close. Sometimes the order won't flatten immediately or I have to flatten several times. Then takes and stops will be hung on the screen. Sometimes a reconnect clears them.

To me it's 100% Rithmic issues but I thought I would run it by you guys and get your input on it.

Here's the catch. The popular C# garbage platform these companies recommend doesn't seem to be experiencing these errors.

Yes we can offer insight. These are Rithmic issues. They are not at all on the Sierra Chart side. The particular interface Sierra Chart user to Rithmic that was developed by Rithmic, is not used by other programs.

We cannot solve these problems. Our recommendation is to stop using Rithmic. We can refund remaining usage time, but you only have 8 days, and that is below the amount we would refund. We cannot provide any further help.

These are very common problems, and our support board is full of these problems getting reported every single week. Sierra Chart is 100% perfect and stable in this regard. These are strictly issues on the Rithmic side.

No need to get hasty. I know EXACTLY why I need and use Sierra Chart. I can assure you that "Rithmic and Tradovate support" were not anywhere on that list.
