Yes we can offer insight. These are Rithmic issues. They are not at all on the Sierra Chart side. The particular interface Sierra Chart user to Rithmic that was developed by Rithmic, is not used by other programs. We cannot solve these problems. Our recommendation is to stop using Rithmic. We can refund remaining usage time, but you only have 8 days, and that is below the amount we would refund. We cannot provide any further help.
