Intraday charts & DOM not updating in real time | Delayed by 2-5 secs

Price updates are sometimes frozen. updates 1-2 secs, and then suddenly freeze for 2-5 secs. And then next update jumps by 2-5 sec... 1-2 secs works fine and then frozen again. What is wrong? I delete data and download, doesn't help. I sync/download symbols from server. Issue persist Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-06-20 10:30:22

There is not necessarily a problem with what you describe. Refer to help topic 4: Prices / Data Falling Behind The first thing we need you to do is to update Sierra Chart following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update ----- For this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) Use one of the following servers: ds32.sierracharts.com ds32-2.sierracharts.com ds25.sierracharts.com ds25-2.sierracharts.com For this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) Set it to ds32.sierracharts.com And then you will need to reconnect with File >> Reconnect. Got the latest version via your new link. download4 is super fast. Upgraded to 2647 and YES, i was already using ds32.sierracharts.com Now, Live data feed good, seems to be Back to normal Will monitor for a few days before closing this Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-06-21 05:19:29
