Hello i have access to Markt Level 2 Data through my Topstep account, when i use it on Bookmap it works fine. But when i try it on Sierra Chart nothing shows. No DOM and no Heatmap. It shows maybe 2 Lines during few hours but thats it, but a friend of mine also uses the Heatmap on Sierra and works everythings works fine, we have the same settings. What is the Problem? You are not getting the data from Rithmic, you are getting the data through us. And you do not have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth. Right now, you have the following exchange active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts You need an exchange that includes the Market Depth.
