Hi, In my live trade mode my orders are not being sent. This is not the case in the Sim mode. Please help. I can't put on any trades. |

You are having a problem connecting to Rithmic. This is not a connection issue to Rithmic. The problem is the Rithmic system is just not responding to order submissions. Do you consistently notice this issue when submitting an order? This issue just started. Over the weekend I updated to the latest version of Sierra Chart, then started have this issue.

This definitely should not be associated with a particular version. We just did a test now and see no problem with order submission on the latest version. For example, try submitting orders to the Trading Evaluator service: Simulated Futures Trading Service Let us know if you have any issue submitting orders to that service. It is the very same interface to that service that is used to Rithmic. Also tell Rithmic, the date and time of the order and the account. So they can look into this.
