Unable to see full market depth for limit orders on bid size/buy column

I've tried searching everywhere to figure out this problem. I have package 12 w/ market depth for non-professional, but still cannot see upcoming limit orders and where the volume is at each price level. Please see the DOM on my chart below where the "Buy" and "Sell" is not showing the market depth in these columns. The only reason this would occur is that you have the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "No". Change this to "Yes" and then select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". When you are connected to APEX(Rithmic) you will then be getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. With the setting above set to "No", then you would be getting the data from Rithmic.
