A single Sierra Chart installation can only connect to one trading service at a time. If you have multiple accounts at that trading service, then you can access those multiple trading accounts through the Trade Window. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) If you want to connect to multiple trading services at the same time, then you would need to have separate Sierra Chart installations. Where each installation is then connected to a particular trading service. Refer to the following for how install separate Sierra Chart installations: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart Note that if you are using data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you can only get data to three different installations on the same computer. hi Support. Thanks, understood. the three different installation on same computer and data on two rules is only for data right? if I can use data from another source account ( ideally from rithmic from prop firm ) then I can have as many installation as i can right? |

Yes, your statement is correct. You can not get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed to more than 3 installations of Sierra Chart on a single computer. Apart from the above, you can have as many installations of Sierra Chart as you want on a single computer. In order to ensure that an installation is getting data from another source and not from us, you need to set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". If you change this setting, then be sure to select "File >> Reconnect" after you close that window. thanks Support. So I tried to setup following the instruction. The main installtion where it using data feed from Denali exchange works as expected. However the one from Bulenox trading firm seem can not get realtime data. You are using the wrong symbols for Rithmic. Open the chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
