Hi there, So I haven't mention it earlier but for the last 2-3 weeks my Denali connection as been unstable. I have seen the internet connectivity post made by SC, so I have left you to fixing the issue and it appears to be resolved on your end, but it still persists for me. I dont mean only around news events, I mean constantly throughout every day. I am in the UK, my issue is I get DD of up to 30 seconds, sometimes minutes, DD randomly of a few seconds that doesn't register on the DD meter in the chart header but there is no bid/ask change, message log window opening countless times throughout the day saying something about socket closed etc. I am sure your response will be it is my internet connection but it works fine for everything else. Could you provide a way for me to test the connection? *I have just had message log pop up again, so I am sending it you you via SC Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-06-05 15:43:59

There is a connectivity problem somewhere. And also, we do not notice lost connections to Teton order routing. Completely stable. Hi, Yeah I wasn't sure if it was related to your work on the Cogent issue or my internet. I'll monitor my connection and use backup ISP if it happens again. Thanks for your time Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-06-07 07:19:27
