Live feed hookup for trading

Can someone at Sierra help me? I cannot figure things out. I have read through many pages Sierra Chart documentation over 3 days and getting more confused each day. I just want to get connected up and trade. That is all!

Here is what I have done:

1) I opened an account with Sierra chart.

2) I funded and bought 3 months of package 12

3) I activated the Denali Exchange Data feed

4) I picked and activated the CME exchange fee with depth of trading. The 12.50 per month exchange data feed.

5) I called AMP with whom I have my funded trading account. They set it up for teton trading. And they said that Sierra updates once per day at noon and in just a few minutes the update would happened.

6) i waited. It is now 1:20 pm central time. Still no live feed connection.

7) when I try to connect it say no trading account assigned.

8) I went to my account in Sierra Data/Trade services picked first Sierra Data all. That only gives me delayed data.

I went back to Data/trade services and selected teton.

What should be selected under Data/Trade services? Sierrs Data All or teton? Which one?


I am so confused about what to do.
Please help!

Your "Current Selected Service" should be set to "Teton CME Order Routing". Everything else on your account looks good.

We have no idea why AMP made the statements they made about us updating only once a day at noon. This is not correct at all. Once AMP finishes the setup for your account, then you are fine to connect.

When I contacted AMP and they were walking me through the set up they showed and SAID that Sierrachart had 2 platforms with them. Here is exactly what they showed me on the AMP client portal that I could pick from.

First one was: Teton (Sierra Chart)

Second one was: Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data - Order Routing only)

I picked the first one above. I hope that is the correct one??

Later today I did see my balance of my AMP account show up from within Sierra Chart so I am now assuming all is ready to trade??

I also selected Teton CME order routing from within Sierra Chart as my current selected service. I will try a test trade tommorrow.

If you are only trading the CME Group, then using Teton is our recommendation.

It sounds like you have everything setup correctly.
