Denali Exchange Data Not Working

Hi, I had a note telling me that I needed to update my account balance. Looks like the Denali feed was cancelled. I've made a payment and added some headroom so we don't do this again. I've also been instructed to complete a series of agreements which I have done. I've made the payment, within Sierra Charts it states that the Denali Data Feed is live - but I'm receiving no data for any symbols.

For clarity I trade;

EURO FX (6EM24) - CME
RUSSELL (RTYM24) - CME
NASDAQ (NQM24) - CME
DOW JONES (YMM24) - CME

S&P500 (ESM24) - CME
CRUDE OIL (CLN24) - CME (NYMEX)
HENRY HUB NAT GAS (NGN24) - CME (NYMEX)
GOLD (GCQ24) - COMEX

I thought the $37.50 I was paying each month covered me as a non professional trader for CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX as per the attachment

For information I have 2 trading accounts

Stage 5 Trading (my broker where I have my own funds for trading). This uses Teton Order Routing and Denali data feed
Take Profit Trader (a prop firm where I am trying to qualify for an account). This is a Rithmic Account.

Can you please help.

Everything is good with your account for receiving real-time and historical CME data.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
