Pausing usage time

Hi I am not being able to trade and would like to pause my usage time. I have already paid for Package 11 for 6 months with 20% discount. If I change it to "disabled" in the account panel, do I get part of the money added back to my balance, since I have only used around 2-3 months yet? We do not have a way to "Pause" a subscription. But, we can refund your remaining Usage Time that is in whole month (31 day) increments, back to your Services Surplus balance. We can then refund your Services Surplus balance back to your payment method - just be aware that we have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds.
