We do not have a way to "Pause" a subscription. But, we can refund your remaining Usage Time that is in whole month (31 day) increments, back to your Services Surplus balance. We can then refund your Services Surplus balance back to your payment method - just be aware that we have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds.
