CME Data service charged twice

Hi,

I was subscribed to Full CME group data for the month of May. Now I just want to enable just the CME which costs 12.50. So I disabled the FULL CME data and Activated the Just the CME which should start when I finish the FULL CME on 5/31. But I got charged again even though I already have the full data.

Can you please clarify what is going on?

You will be charged for exchange activations! There is no way around this. You are prompted twice, that a deduction is being made from your account for the specified amount but then you just simply ignore it.

There are no refunds on the exchange fees. We cannot do that.
