DOM only showing one level for 6E and AAPL-NQTV

Hello, I am a new SierraChart subscriber to the Service Package 3. I am looking at the 6EM24 and AAPL-NQTV chart and see only one level of market depth. My question: Is this the expected behaviour? If it is the expected behaviour, what do I need to do in order to access full DOM in the "Delayed Streaming Exchange Data Feed" ? In the older version of SierraChart (v 2562) I was able to see the whole DOM for the AAPL-NQTV. However for the 6EM24 the DOM was empty. I was also getting invalid login error for this symbol (Messages.log). I have just updated the SierraChart to the current version (v 2642). And now the invalid login error message is gone. But I see only one level DOM for both 6EM24 and AAPL-NQTV. Judging from documentation, I was expecting to see the full DOM when using the "Delayed Exchange Data Feed". This data feed is also used by the Simulated Futures Trading Service, which provides a realistic simulation environment that can be used to practice trade, test and modify trading algorithms and techniques without having to pay for a Real-Time data feed, or having a trading account. ... Update on the issue. Turned out my email was not veriried. After the verification, 6E gives me the full DOM. AAPL is still showning only one level. |

The NASDAQ TotalView Market Depth data is only available if you pay for it. So you will not get any market depth data for any NASDAQ TotalView symbols when using the Delayed Streaming Data. The one place where we have an email verification has nothing to do with getting the data. We are glad it is working now, but it definitely does not have anything to do with email verification.
