Trying to Install Current Version 2638 - Error

I received a 'File Move Error' or something similar to that when trying to install version 2638.
Here is part of my Log File for reference.

We need the log from the Installer program. Run the upgrade again and after it fails, select the button at the top for "Send Log to Support".

If you prefer, you could always use the Zip Installer. Refer to the following:

As requested, I attempted to send the Log just now. It asked me for my email and then took me back here, so I'm not sure if the Log was actually sent. I will also try using the Sierra Chart Zip Installer as you suggested and will report back.

I attempted to use the Zip Installer but could not complete it because it said I had a folder open in another application which I could not identify. The specific instance of Sierra Chart I'm trying to update was not running when trying to run the Zip installer. So, I will wait for your response using the regular update method as I have already sent my Log file to you.

According to your log, you have Sierra Chart running when you are trying to do the installation.

Make sure you exit from all but the main instance of Sierra Chart prior to running the update. Then in that main instance select "Help >> Download Current Version" and follow the prompts. Make sure that instance of Sierra Chart closes properly before running the installation program. Then perform the update and let us know if you still have a problem. If you do, then post the Installer Log again for us as you did above.
