According to your log, you have Sierra Chart running when you are trying to do the installation. Make sure you exit from all but the main instance of Sierra Chart prior to running the update. Then in that main instance select "Help >> Download Current Version" and follow the prompts. Make sure that instance of Sierra Chart closes properly before running the installation program. Then perform the update and let us know if you still have a problem. If you do, then post the Installer Log again for us as you did above.
