Using Rithmic Data

When connecting with the Rithimc Data I get the Message: "Downloading historical bars, wait..." and this time it does not go away anymore. It worked always fine, however, since today the issue with downloading historical intraday data the pop up message does not go away, in the past it usually took only a few minutes and then the data was there with the bars.

Do you have managed something with the settings ? Because I have received your message and the issue occurred ?

I have also placed trades in real time at market before your message without an issue.

Check to see if there are any symbols that are being referenced that either are not correctly formatted for Rithmic, or are not Futures symbols that Rithmic would not know about. Refer to the information at the following link that gives the information for where to look for symbols in use in the system that you do not want:

Another possibility is that you are using a Continuous Futures Contract in your charts. Rithmic does not have data for prior contracts, so if there is missing data, this could cause an issue. You would want to change all your charts to have the options for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Futures Contract" set to "None".
