When connecting with the Rithimc Data I get the Message: "Downloading historical bars, wait..." and this time it does not go away anymore. It worked always fine, however, since today the issue with downloading historical intraday data the pop up message does not go away, in the past it usually took only a few minutes and then the data was there with the bars. Do you have managed something with the settings ? Because I have received your message and the issue occurred ? I have also placed trades in real time at market before your message without an issue. |
