This morning, April 16, 2024, I logged in to start playing.
only the daily chart opened. The rest were empty.
I logged out and logged in again.
Then the message I am sending to you appeared.
If it's not there, it means I can't send it.
I haven't had such problems before.
I want to restore my previous settings.
Kind regards
Bogdan Nominaniuk

Since this is a chartbook that you have been using recently, it sounds like there is a problem with it. You would have to go back to one of the backup chartbooks that the system saves for you. Refer to the following:

Thank you for your answer.
I did everything exactly as in the instructions and it did not restore my previous settings.
The chart looks like in the attachment.

The image you gave us in the last post looks perfectly normal with bars showing properly. What exactly is the issue with that chart?

You're right.
I'm looking for a mini gold chart.
The previous chart looked completely different: the background was white, the inscriptions were black and I had different symbols on the top bar, I had volume, a candlestick chart, a clock, etc. Why did it disappear if it was still there yesterday?
Kind regards

From the information you gave us, the chartbook you were working with got corrupted for some reason. We do not know why, nor is it something that could be figured out.

Therefore, the only option is to use one of the backup chartbooks, which is what we pointed you to. Make sure you are selecting the most recent, or a very recent backup chartbook. The number in the front represents the day of the month, so the most recent chartbook will have a 16 in front, then one from yesterday will be a 15, etc.

If you are unable to find a chartbook that matches what you had, then it is simply not there. Again, we can not say why, as we do not know when the changes were made to the charts, etc.

From here, you just have to make the best of what you have. There isn't anything else we can do to help.
