Time and Sales Window not populating

Hi! When I open the Time and Sales window for my chart, it does not populate. I am using version 2564 of Sierra. I'm currently connected to Rithmic as I use Apex, however, I do not get my data from Rithmic. It comes from Sierra. Can you help? Thanks so much.

Please open your Time and Sales window and then select "Settings >> Settings Window" and on the new window that opens, make sure that any filtering options on the left under "Input Filtering" and "Combined Filtering" are empty. Select OK to close that window and you should have data in the Time and Sales. One other item to check is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Stored Time and Sales Records" and make sure this is not set to zero. Hi John, Thanks for your quick response. Still doesn't work. I checked the Common Other Settings first and the number of stored time and sales records is set at 4000. I also looked at the Input Filtering and Combined Filtering and both are empty. The only columns I'm using are time, price and volume. The symbol of my chart is NQM4.CME.
