Please open your Time and Sales window and then select "Settings >> Settings Window" and on the new window that opens, make sure that any filtering options on the left under "Input Filtering" and "Combined Filtering" are empty. Select OK to close that window and you should have data in the Time and Sales. One other item to check is the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Stored Time and Sales Records" and make sure this is not set to zero.
