I am signing up with Apex trader funding. Do i need SP11 with cme data or just sp11? I'm currently trading with topstep and have used just SP11 and this morning the limit orders on my DOM disappeared again. I'd like to make sure everything is running smoothly for next week.

Isn't Denali included with all service packages?

No, this is not correct. You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to have access to real-time data, whether from our Denali Exchange Data Feed or from another source (such as Rithmic). But you still need to activate and pay for the data from whichever source you are getting it from.

Although we do recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can get the data from Rithmic (which is what you are doing right now). If you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to make sure you understand the requirement from the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account. And that you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have an account that meets the above requirements, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Once you have worked out the above, then to setup the real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, follow these instructions:

And do I need to pay for the live CME data too?

Also what happens if I just use SP11? Will limit orders just not show up?

Yes, you need to pay for the CME Group data if you get it from us. We can not speak for how Apex handles this with Rithmic.

If you are not using the data from us, then you would have to make sure you have the Market Depth data with the data in order to see the Limit orders. This is something you would need to go over with Apex.

With our data, you would need to activate an exchange that includes the "Market Depth" data in order to see the Limit orders.

Great info John. I now know what I must do.

As for my current set up why did limit orders stop showing all of a sudden? This has happened before too.

That data is coming from Rithmic. We do not have any insight into this, it is something you would need to ask Apex or Rithmic.
